PARKING
Parking information is subject to change and may vary by event. For the latest updates, follow us on social media at UTEP Office of Special Events.
General Parking
Available for purchase on the event day only. UTEP has contracted with the Goldmine Collective to provide parking services for select University Special Events. The Goldmine Collective supports UTEP Athletics by creating Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities for Miner student-athletes in the El Paso community.
- Pay for parking at the entrance of each lot.
- Card payments only
ADA Parking
Available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis at:
- Glory Road 3 (GR3) & Glory Road 4 (GR4). Access through N. Oregon St.
- Sun Bowl 5 (SB5)
- Sun Bowl Parking Garage (SBG): Top Floor (5th) ONLY, has access to ground level South of Stadium (Southwest Gate)
- ADA Parking Placards and/or license plates will be required.
- ADA VIP Ticket holders: For the most accessible experience, should pay to park in the lots located near the North Gate (GR3, GR4) which provide direct ADA friendly access to the Check-In Area.
Important: Do not park in surrounding restaurant lots, business plazas, or grocery stores. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

Rules & Regulations
All patrons are subject to a search and/or wanding by security personnel. Promoters, security and performers are not responsible for any items or personal property voluntarily surrendered during search procedures at the entrance.
Please be aware that the UTEP Police Department will be present to enforce state and local ordinances.

Box Office
The UTEP Ticket Center Main Location: 2901 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79902 Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Sunday: CLOSED. For more information contact them at (915) 747-5234 (Opt. 2). The Sun Bowl Stadium North Box Office will be open day of show only. Saturday will be open at 12:00 PM and Sunday at 10:00 AM.

How to access your Mobile Tickets
Download the Ticketmaster app and log in using the email address used for the ticket purchase. PRO TIP: Save your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving to avoid internet connectivity issues. Do not wait until you are in the parking lot or in line to download or transfer tickets.

ADA Requests
To speak with someone regarding accommodations, assistance or questions prior to your visit, please call our Venue at (915) 747-5481 M-F 8AM-5PM or email at events@utep.edu. During the event, staff members will be available at Guest Services at the North Entrance of Sun Bowl Stadium by sections 12-13.
Children
Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap. Strollers must be checked at Guest Services upon entry. Family restrooms are located at the lower East Concourse by sections 21-23.
VIP Information
Check-in for all VIP packages will be located at the North Gate. VIP Check-in instructions are typically sent to the original ticket purchaser's email 2 to 5 days before the concert date.
I have floor tickets, how do I access my seats?
You may access the floor through the available section entrances at the concourse level. Please keep your ticket with you at all times. You will be asked to show your ticket each time to access the floor.
Is re-entry allowed?
There is NO RE-ENTRY for any reason. A new ticket must be purchased to re-enter the building.
Rideshare Designated Pick-up/Drop-off Zones
Please use the designated zone located at SB11 Parking Lot on 3333 N Mesa Street and Kern Dr. To ensure everyone's safety, please use designated crosswalks when crossing the street and remain aware of your surroundings at all times.

Alternative Transportation
Park and ride to the Sun Bowl Stadium, visit https://sunmetro.net/ for more information on alternative transportation methods.
Camera Policy
Professional cameras are not allowed. Digital cameras with lenses under 4 inches, and are not detachable, are allowed. These rules however are subject to change per event.
Concessions and Stadium Directory
Specialty concessions will be available at the concourse area. Cash and card payments accepted.
Methods of Payment
Card and cash is accepted. There are ATM’s available in the Concourse Area. Merchandise can be purchased with a credit card.
Water Stations
Water fountains will be available outside the gates, and inside the concourse area. Only plastic water bottles will be allowed. No metal or glass are allowed.
Evacuation Plan
Please exit the stadium through the closest exit in a calm and orderly manner.
