PROHIBITED ITEMS
UTEP reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items and/or escort the guest from the venue. The guest must throw the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to his/her vehicle. Please note that the following lists are subject to change and may vary by show:

- Illegal drugs or illicit substances

✅ Permitted Items
- All items are subject to security screening and may not be allowed in.
- Blankets
- Stadium seat cushions must be 16” in width or less
- Bags (including clear backpacks) that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bag (4.5" x 6.5" or smaller), with or without a handle or strap. This can be carried separately or within a plastic bag
- Medical bags that contain health necessary items are acceptable after proper inspection and approval from venue personnel/security
- Baby food (in plastic container only)
- Baby chest carrier and toddler harness (no backpack attached)
- Portable phone power banks
- Handheld / neck fans
- Small collapsible umbrellas (must fit in clear bag)
- Non‑professional still cameras for personal use (e.g., disposable, Polaroid, lenses less than 4 inches in length)
- Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcomed at the Don Haskins Center. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle. Guests may take their service animal outside of the venue to relieve itself, but must speak with a Guest Services Supervisor prior to leaving the venue. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Arena guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises

- Bolsas o mochilas transparentes (de plástico, vinil o PVC) que no excedan los 30 x 15 x 30 cm (12" x 6" x 12")
- Bolsas de plástico transparentes de almacenamiento de un galón / 3.7 litros (tipo Ziploc o similar)
- Bolsas pequeñas o bolsas de mano estilo clutch (máximo 11.5 x 16.5 cm / 4.5" x 6.5"), con o sin asa o correa. Pueden llevarse por separado o dentro de una bolsa transparente
- Bolsas médicas con insumos de salud necesarios (permitidas previa inspección y aprobación del personal de seguridad o del recinto)

- Los animales de servicio , según lo define la Ley sobre Estadounidenses con Discapacidades (ADA), son bienvenidos en el Don Haskins Center. Los animales de servicio deben permanecer con correa o arnés en todo momento, a menos que existan circunstancias especiales, y deben permanecer en el área de asientos del visitante con discapacidad, no en los pasillos. Los visitantes pueden llevar a su animal de servicio fuera del recinto para que haga sus necesidades, pero deben hablar con un supervisor de Atención al Cliente (Guest Services) antes de salir. A cualquier visitante cuyo animal de servicio represente una amenaza para la seguridad de otros asistentes o empleados de la arena se le podrá pedir que retire al animal de las instalaciones.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our venues use EVOLV walk‑through security scanners. Please have the following items in hand while passing through the scanner: Portable charges (Power Banks) and stadium seats (Sun Bowl Stadium). Make sure to download your tickets to your phone before arriving to the venue.
Each ticketed guest is permitted to bring one large clear bag, either the 12" x 6" x 12" clear bag or a one-gallon Ziploc-style bag, plus a small clutch purse (5" x 7"). The small clutch allows privacy for small personal items and can be easily searched.
Everything that you would put into a diaper bag must now be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, is allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the venue.
Medical bags that contain health‑necessary items are acceptable after proper inspection and approval from venue personnel/security.
Stadium seats are allowed, they must be no larger than 16'' x 16'' with no cup holder. Please have them in hand when walking through our scanners. Available for rent the day of show.
Portable chargers (power banks) are permitted. Please have them in hand when walking through our scanners.
Professional cameras are not allowed. Digital cameras with lenses under 4 inches, and are not detachable, are allowed. These rules however are subject to change per event.
