Doug Adamz of Light Rain has been called a pioneer of 'New Age' and 'World Beat' genres. His group Light Rain is internationally known for their evocative recordings based on Arabic rhythms and percussion. In his ‘Guitar Solos’ album he presents a masterful collection of original instrumental pieces for solo guitar. It has been described as ‘relaxing and superb’. His works have been featured in television and film scores, recorded by internationally known artists and performed by The Joffrey Ballet and The Kronos Quartet.
